Terms of Service
Last updated: June 22, 2026
Welcome to DocFlow AI. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and tools (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Using our tools
DocFlow AI provides free, browser-based tools for working with PDFs, images, and documents. All processing happens locally on your device. You are responsible for the files you choose to process and for ensuring you have the right to do so.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
- Attempt to access, alter, or disrupt our servers, infrastructure, or the underlying software of the Service.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or redistribute any part of the Service’s source, except as permitted by applicable law.
- Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers in a way that overloads or interferes with the Service.
- Process files you do not have the lawful right to access or modify.
3. No account required
The Service is available without registration. Because files are processed entirely in your browser, we never receive or store your documents, and no account is needed to use the tools.
4. Intellectual property & ownership
The Service, including its design, branding, and software, is owned by DocFlow AI and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or brand assets. You retain full ownership of all files you process.
5. Free service
The Service is currently provided free of charge. We may introduce paid plans or features in the future, and we will update these Terms accordingly. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we work hard to ensure the tools are reliable, we do not guarantee that processing will always be accurate, complete, or uninterrupted. You are strongly encouraged to keep backups of your original files before using any tool.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DocFlow AIand its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages — including loss of data, profits, or files — arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Because all processing happens on your device, any data loss is limited to your local environment.
8. Third-party links & content
The Service may contain links to third-party websites or rely on third-party libraries. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party, and you access them at your own risk.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
