Our Mission

DocFlow AI exists to give everyone free, instant access to professional-grade PDF tools — without sacrificing privacy. We believe that working with documents shouldn't require creating an account, paying a subscription, or trusting a stranger with your files.

Our platform offers 30tools for merging, splitting, compressing, converting, rotating, securing, and digitizing PDFs. Every single one runs entirely in your browser. Your files never leave your device — not to our servers, not to anyone else's.

How it works

When you use DocFlow AI, your file is opened in your browser using proven open-source libraries like pdf-lib, PDF.js, and Tesseract. All processing happens locally on your device using JavaScript and WebAssembly. Once you download the result, the file data is immediately cleared from your browser's memory.

This is fundamentally different from most PDF tool websites, which upload your files to their servers, process them, and let you download the result. That model means you're trusting the service provider with the full contents of your documents. We think there's a better way.

Privacy is not a feature — it's the architecture

We don't just encrypt your files or promise not to look at them. We designed DocFlow AI so that your files literally cannot be sent to any server. The processing code runs in your browser; there is no backend that accepts file uploads. No amount of subpoena, hack, or policy change can expose your documents because we never have them in the first place.

We don't track which tools you use or log any identifying information about your files. We collect only the basic, anonymized analytics needed to keep the site running — things like page views and general performance metrics.
